Once you have logged in you can add new shipping addresses. In the client area.
"Click" on your name in the upper right corner → Modify personal data → Add delivery site.
Are the products original?
All products sold on our site are 100% original, as they are purchased directly from the brands or official license holders.
Can the products be returned?
-For reasons of hygiene, we do not make returns of intimate items or garments, except for involuntary returns (defective product, wrong size, wrong item, etc.)
-Processing period: You have 14 calendar days to return a product or order from the day of delivery.
-Conditions of the package: The product must be in the same state in which you received it, with the original packaging and labeling. Send it to us in the same box or envelope or in some similar format.
Refund: Once the returned products have been verified in our warehouses, we will proceed to pay you the corresponding amount. In 10 business days you will see the income reflected in the statement of movements of your credit card or your bank account if you paid with a debit card.
-Shipping and return costs: According to current legislation, shipping costs will be assumed by BLACKPRICE in any case. Regarding the return costs:
-Voluntary returns (The product is too big/small for me, it is not to your liking, etc.): The return costs will be borne by the buyer.
-Involuntary returns (defective product, wrong size, wrong item): Return costs will be assumed by BLACKPRICE.
What are the delivery times?
You will receive your order in 2-3 business days for orders within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands and 5-9 business days for orders to the rest of Europe once the order has been placed. If you have not received your order within this period, contact the email email@example.com, from which you will receive a response within 24 business hours.
How can I get the tracking number of the order?
You can obtain it in the "my orders" section once your order is in the "shipped" state.
Can an order be modified or cancelled?
You can modify and/or cancel an order as long as it is not in an issued state.
